How the work is run
Most of the jobs that come in are not dramatic. A door that sticks after a Sacramento summer. A faucet that has been dripping into a cabinet. A wall that needs to look like a wall again before a tenant moves in. The useful version of a handyman is someone who will take that list, price it honestly, and finish it so it belongs in the house.
Work stays in scope: fixture plumbing and electrical, drywall, doors and locks, installs, flooring patches, and mixed repair lists. New circuits, sewer laterals, roofs, and structural work are referred out rather than forced. That is how the job stays clean.
Scheduling is by appointment, Monday–Saturday. The service area runs from West Sacramento through Sacramento, Carmichael, Roseville, and Granite Bay, with regular work in Elk Grove, Natomas, Arden-Arcade, Rancho Cordova, and Citrus Heights.
